It is autogenerated. See the target FRC.lisp.auto.autoloads.el in the
top-level makefile, and the reports in beta.err:
Loading autoload...
Updating autoloads for directory /playpen/Projects/XEmacs/Builds/21.5/lisp...
Ok, time for a dumb question: where is beta.err? I can't find it, not
after a "make" or "make beta". Ditto the files referenced in M-x
build-report (xemacs-make-(install|check|check-temacs|all).err).
And I've built 21.4.10 RC2 several times now, and
lisp/auto-autoloads.el(c?) has never been updated with the new sites
list from package-get.el. BTW, your example above talks about 21.5,
don't know if that's relevant.
What am I missing? I'm building from the tarball, if that matters.
