ISTR this is a PSGML bug, missing autoload.
You could try updating the PSGML package using the Pre-release site in
Tools->Packages->Add menu, then Tools->Packages->Update.
Or just grep the PSGML Lisp for that function, then require that
library in init.el.
I believe I inadvertently fixed this one by using SuSE's build to modify the
settings. After doing so, it seems to work OK in the latest build.
Unfortunately it is very crash happy right now. I believe all my crashes are
related to the one I reported regarding the M-x build.
I guess when it breaks that means somebody's working on it. Which is a good
thing. I have to observe, this is the most 'beta' I've ever seen things get.
;-) Or perhaps I just know more about what it's supposed to do, so I realize
when it's broke.
