that was fixed somewhat in 21.1.10, and this is the single biggest problem
that
people are running into -- and something that probably dissuades many,

people who never say a peep. [If you downloaded a new piece of software
and ran
it, and nothing happened at all, you'd throw it away, too, right?]
Preferrably someone with access to an installer-builder.
