1. open any text file
2. change the text file on disk
3. select revert from disk
4. click the dialog 'x'

This is fixed in 21.5.28:

A second revision of the 21.5.28 Fedora package is currently being built for
development, and FC6+ updates will follow soon unless something unexpected
happens.
