Never saw that message before; sounds like an X configuration issue to
me.
I’ve seen it with the Hummingbird Exceed X implementation on Windows, where
whenever you tried to close any X11 window, be it a dialog box, a printing
setup screen or whatever, it warned you that you may kill the X
client. Very, very annoying, and there wasn’t any way to turn it off, to my
knowledge.
But, there’s nothing to indicate Bertrand is using this X implementation. A
proper bug report would help, as Stephen says, though it doesn’t give
information about the X display that the binary is running on. (We should
add this information, I think.)
