gpg.el in XEmacs Gnus package

Hi Folks! I just want to know if anyone is actually using gpg.el from the XEmacs Gnus package? Anyone who is familiar with the upstream Gnus would be aware that gpg.el is only in the contrib directory. And if nobody (or next to nobody) here is actually using it, I'd like to remove it from the XEmacs package.
