Yes, I can see this in CVS head.
But has interprogram.*function behavior or default changed lately?
Well, I just rebuilt with CVS HEAD checked out today and the problem seems to
have gone away. I was able to cut-n-paste from other Windows apps as well as
use S-Ins, S-Del, and C-Ins within XEmacs alone. When I checked out the source
originally, I used the r21-5-20 tag.
