reftex needs to be upgraded.

Hello I realized that the reftex pkg as provided by Xemacs corresponds to reftex 4.21, while the official version, now maintained by the auctex team is 4.33. The latest version contains some important bug fixes, I tested it. I asked Carsten Dominik, the original author of reftex, who stills figures as the maintainer of the xemacs pkg. He prefers us to upgrade the package. I had a look it seems much easier than the installation of auctex. So I would not mind doing the upgrade, but I am not sure whether I have write access to this directory in the CVS tree.
