Ouch, in that case never mind. It would be a good thing to fix that
pui bug though, as I know at least mail-lib and sieve won't work
properly if the REQUIREd packages aren't installed.
Yes, there are lots of packages that won't work if let's say xemacs-base
isn't installed. But AFAIK, the current REQUIREs are build time
requirements, and the lack of enforcement is more like a missing
functionality (in both the package system in general and pui) rather
than a bug. But I agree that it should be fixed :)
