Something we should merge from GNU, then.
Oops, did not think it was not available. It is in
lisp/emacs-lisp/lisp.el in Emacs. I actually would have thought it to
be part of lisp/emacs-lisp/checkdoc.el (also worthwhile), but was
mistaken about that.
