No, but I took your message as a bug report against ecrypto, and I
think the best solution would be to solve the problem. We can always
change the constants into decimal numbers, but perhaps getting ?\xCAFE
to work in the core could be useful in itself, and then the ecrypto
maintainer wouldn't have to do work.
