XEmacs 21.2-b36 "Notus" - refresh problem in Dired mode

In XEmacs 21.2 (beta36) "Notus" [Lucid] (i586-pc-win32) of Mon Oct 09 2000 on ROVER configured using `configure UNKNOWN' Please describe exactly what actions triggered the bug and the precise symptoms of the bug: selection window, the XEmacs dispay does not get refreshed when the file selection window is open.
