I don't know why minibuffer window should not be the
selected window, but it is an intentional change.
I still don't know what the correct solution here is. Obviously
inconsistency with GNU Emacs and previous versions is bad, but there is
also whole swathes of code that try to avoid the minibuffer ending up being
selected in many circumstances, and it is usually selected because of the
previous behaviour of current-window-configuration/set-window-configuration.
However, because of changes Ben made, I'm not sue this affects things in
quite the same way anymore - so I'm going to comment out the change.
