Your MUA doesn't handle quoted-printable encoding correctly.
It's possible that Roundup is doing something wrong; if you have
reason to believe your MUA is strictly conforming to RFC 2047, please
let me know (if you're using any Microsoft MUA, don't bother; they are
known not to conform ... I don't have a free century to spend counting
the ways...).
I use gmail on Linux (Ubuntu 9.04). That's about all I know of it.
