MB RAM. top says a little over 25M. If you don't buy the argument, I just
tried it on my laptop (PIII 700 Mhz 256 MB RAM). Same time.
Likewise, but a message says (something like) "Buffer too large, not
fontifying." (See `font-lock-maximum-size'.) I tried
`font-lock-fontify-buffer' but I gave up after about 1 minute. I think
the posters were talking about loading *and fontifying* the buffer in
GNU Emacs being fast.
