Looks like you lost your tag. Look in CVS/Entries, everything should
have "Trelease-21-2" if you're following the tip, otherwise "T
something indicating the appropriate beta". Unless things have
changed, the HEAD of the trunk points at the 21.1 tip, which is what
you get if you don't set a tag.
use `cvs ... update -rrelease-21-2 ...' to get those tags back, and
don't use the `-A' flag to update, which resets the tag. (There may be
other commands and flags which do that.)
