No, I just commented it out for cleanliness because it wasn't going to

It's going to be needed if/when building the tables becomes a safe
thing to do for everyone, so feel free to uncomment it again.
Anyone who wanted to build their own tables could simply 'make
latin-unity-tables.el' from latin-unity's source directory.

This would work too, but I wouldn't do it because if/when the tables
are _always_ built this would need to be renamed to
"latin-unity-tables.el". It might get forgotten.
Have you decided what to do with the package now? I would like to
release new packages and would prefer to see this change committed
beforehand, so I can put out the new version of the package.
