Well, I haven't sent notices for years. Commit messages in
xemacs-commits(a)xemacs.org were sufficient.
I know. But lately, at least for me, commit messages come with a long
delay. Is that different for others?
Shall I change this, and send explicit notice messages?
If I get sorted out the above mentioned issue, no :-)
