[PATCH] Cosmetic enhancement to old-whitespace-mode

Hi all, The old-whitespace-mode when old-whitespace-install-submenu is set to t installs it under Apps for which it becomes the only submenu, at least in my install. In order to allow the user greater control on where to place that submenu I devised this patch. Let me know if this is the wrong forum and if I should send it to someone in particular.
