progmodes 1.89 not found in prerelease

When I select package update from the US prerelease repository, I shows that I have progmodes 1.88 installed but that 1.89 is available. However, when I select that package to update. The return says it cannot be found. This behavior began a few days ago and up until recently also affected text-modes. Other packages come through fine.
