The files I had in mind are the ones in the XEmacs "etc/" directory -
the tutorials and the documentation. If I ever get a round tuit and
finish the new and improved Debianization of XEmacs, I will put that
stuff into the /usr/share/doc/xemacs tree, and Debian policy says
that stuff must be compressed. Thus, I was dumping jka-compr into
the XEmacs for the package.
<wishlist>I sure would be nice if XEmacs had direct support for gzip
compression via libz.</wishlist>
