From experience, no ! It is as long as you install some recent version
of Internet Explorer (5 preferably).
Wow. How long ago was that, on which Windows version? I see an MSDN
article from 1996 describing it, so presumably, if it didn't come with
Windows 95 itself, it came with an IE shipped around that time period. Does
Xemacs try to support Win95? If so, is requiring a current IE there an
acceptable solution? I'm presuming that Win98, ME, NT 4, Win2K all shipped
with a version of IE that had it.
