Re: font size not effected
I've checked, and removing all my Xdefaults didn't solve the problem.
I've checked different window managers - all the same results.
I've also noticed that setting a different font family behave the same
(buffer's text do not change).

Can't reproduce here. Do you have any X resources defined for XEmacs*
or Emacs*? What is the default font (should be Courier)?
Please run xemacs -vanilla and send the output of M-x
report-xemacs-bug (you should be able to just do C-c C-c in that
buffer, but if not save the buffer to a file and send it as an
attachment with your usual MUA).
