It was an explanation of the code names for the 21.2 series. It
should be removed, I guess. 21.4 has its explanation in the code
name file (etc/OXYMORONS).
if you are going to cleanup etc/, don't forget README.HYPERBOLE and
README.OO-BROWSER, as beopen.com is off, while there are two actively
mantained projects at sourceforge
