This is easy to reproduce - just do xemacs -q.
It's trying to display using a Qunbound font. The mule stubs in
objects-msw.c always return positive things so I can't work out where
this Qunbound can be coming from.
Does anyone know when MULE got broken under mswindows, or when it was
last known to work or whether it works under X/UNIX?
