I've made the following changes:
Added a year 2000 statement to
www.xemacs.org since we get a query per
week from some poor year 2000 compliance person who would otherwise
recommend removing xemacs from the corporate tools disk.
Added some PGP public keys (including mine) to
ftp://ftp.xemacs.org/pub/xemacs/pgp-keys.
Added gnats-3.107-beta.tar.gz to
ftp://ftp.xemacs.org/pub/xemacs/aux.
Added mew-1.93.tar.gz to
ftp://ftp.xemacs.org/pub/xemacs/aux.
Added kterm-6.2.0.tar.gz to
ftp://ftp.xemacs.org/pub/xemacs/aux/kterm.
Any reason it wasn't there before? (this is the most recent release,
but 2 years old).
Updated
ftp://ftp.xemacs.org/pub/xemacs/beta/README. That file used
to claim that the subscribe request to xemacs-beta-request(a)xemacs.org
should go in the Subject instead of the body. That's not true, is it?
Or at least not any more?
And yes, we still need lots of help maintaining
ftp.xemacs.org and
www.xemacs.org. Any volunteers out there?
