Feel free to file an RFE on the tracker. Note that we're still not
GPL v3, so current Emacs (ie v23) is not usable, but v22 should be
good enough.
Yeah, I tried emacs 23. I'll take a look at 22 and see how that goes.
If you want to be maintainer of that file, the necessary privileges
will be forthcoming without problem, I think. However, adding a bunch
of new files might require some discussion; we might want to break
eldoc out of xemacs-devel into its own package, for example. Of
course 21.4 compatibility is still required too.
Maintainer of eldoc? While I would like to say yes, I think that's more
than I can handle right now. I don't want the responsibility of
breaking things, but I will help with making it work with xemacs as much
as possible.
