Please tell me package registration

        Hi all.

I've made new xemacs packages, but can't regist it. In the first place, I
don't understand how to do the xemacs package registration ;)

Now I prepared *-pkg.tar.gz and package-index, what should I do form now
on?

# One of my packages and it's index are in
# ftp://fbsd.toba-cmt.ac.jp/incoming/xemacs
