Re: is local variables busted?
Is ability to set local variables for files broken in the beta?
A side effect of this error is that the files come up with
(buffer-modified-p) => t
even though it hasn't been changed.
I verified this by doing a checksum on the file before
visiting it, visiting it, immediatelty saving it, and doing another
checksum.
