Don't know about Mozilla Composer, but Mozilla and Chatzilla work well
enough over at 128 kbps DSL uplink that it's actually usable.
XEmacs over the same link is a non-starter. An exposure event (?)
causes xemacs to spend about 15 sec redisplaying the toolbar over and
over and over again.
But Lucid emacs with scrollbars and menu worked well enough over a
9600 bps line way back when. (Thanks Jamie!)
