Would like to import new package: ERC

Norbert, Board, I have an XEmacs ERC IRC package working quite well under 21.4.14 non-mule and 21.5.16 mule. I would like to import that into xemacs-packages/erc. It's based on current upstream CVS, whcih is pre-4.0. They haven't labeled their sources, so I can't really diff against the latest stable release, but it appears quite stable anyways. It's a very nice IRC client, with autojoin-alist, erc-track-mode and C-c C-SPC (erc-track-switch-buffer) to visit active channels from any buffer and return there just as easily.
