OK, I sorta recall that conversation. The most I can say is that
something may have gone missing somewhere in the nt Makefiles over
time, or perhaps how to inject those #defines into modules on Windows
is undocumented?
Jerry probably knows more about this stuff than anybody else at this
point, especially since he just created another module.
