I just put the new version in. If the old XEmacs package BBDB had
been altered from the upstream version, I wasn't aware of that. It
was a very very old package after all.

Looks like the BBDB folks deliberately removed the autoload. I don't
mind putting it back into the XEmacs package version if that's what
people want. And they can give me good reason to do so.
