This is strange. I've tried both at home and at my workplace using
21.5 and 21.4 incarnations, and it simply works :-( FTP also sees the
file in this directory:
-rw-r--r-- 1 viteno viteno 716005 Oct 16 05:40
prog-modes-1.90-pkg.tar.gz
Hrmpf. This beats me. Anyone?
Robert, are you able to download version 1.89 from one of the official
download sites? The two versions are the same but for an updated
Perforce integration.
norbert.
I didn't try the default US site for the released packages, but version 1.89
downloaded fine from the UTK US release site (UT Knoxville?) But I just
tried the main US pre-release site again, and pulled up v 1.90. It
installed. Is it possible the main site is just having some propogation
lag? Although a few days ago, the error with text-modes lasted for more
than a day. I didn't think it was my machine becuse other packages
downloaded OK.
