I think this has been reported before. It's probably not a problem
with daikon per se, it's a problem that XEmacs follows the X standards
for pre-XKBD keymapping, and SuSE's X servers don't. SuSE's XEmacsen
undoubtedly have a patch to work around this. It may have been
submitted (SuSE's pretty good about that), or they may have judged
that it's too much of a hack to submit. You could check the
xemacs-patches archives.
Thanks for this hint, I'll do.
Maybe I also diff SUSE's source with stock corn, what they have changed in that
area. I think that's event-Xt.c where I have to look, isn't it?
