How about making unsupported/simon/pgg/ official?
Fine with me, provided that it doesn't clash with APEL (as the README
says it was extracted from it, among others). How is it?
I added a .cvsignore and tweaked the Makefile a bit a couple of minutes
ago.
Some tips for the unsupported/ area:
1) Always use "unsupported" in Makefile (CATEGORY) and package-info.in
(distribution) so the packages won't be mistaken as official. Also,
doing that in CATEGORY allows compilation of the package in the
unsupported area. Also add the package to
unsupported/package-compile.el and unsupported/johndoe/Makefile.
2) Use two digits in Makefile (VERSION). I don't actually know if it's
a requirement for the package system, but for consistency.
