Good question. http://www.splode.com/~friedman/software/emacs-lisp/src/ChangeLog says that Noah completely rewrote vcard.el in February 2000. So it would be good for someone to make sure that gnus works with the new vcard.el. Robert, can you test gnus with the new vcard? I basically ignore vcards so I'm not sure what would make sense as far as testing.
