This has been reported before, I believe in the 21.4 series.
IIRC it's a problem in the X server or libraries. I'd suggest a
search in the xemacs-beta archives. (Maybe somebody else will pick up
the thread, but it's going to be several days before I can myself.)
Well, I myself have reported this more than a year ago. The only suggestion
I received back then was related to the compiler version and that turned
out
not to be the problem. The only solution back then was to cvs back down a
few
releases (to 21.5.9). Now I tried again and the problem is still there. I
tried
searching the archives but didn't see another reference to my problem.
Let me know if I can do anything to help figure this one out.
