I wonder what's going on here. In general electric minibuffer (where
you're not just collecting a string, but each character actually
causes an update) is a hard problem to solve for input methods. But
this seems like just ordinary breakage.
Now I can turn on iso-accents-mode in a isearch which solves my
problem, however I find it strange and would like to know whether I miss
something fundamental here.
No, we'd like this to work, as much as possible.
