Unix98 ptys are a standard feature, because Unix98 is a real
standard. Many systems have supported this these functions for
years. Unfortunately the current support for this stuff is still s&m
file-based, and should be changed to be autoconf-based. Thanks for
your work on this. Try to make it work on different Linux systems,
say Red Hat 5 and Red Hat 6.
