Sync with upstream and CVS keywords

        Hi!

I've synced verilog-mode.el with upstream.  It's version number is
created out of the CVS Revision keyword.

Now, if I commit my version this gets changed into another revision
number (1.8 instead of 4.2), a possible cause of misunderstandings.

How do other committers handle this, change the revision string?
