No. Two of the main contributors, flim and semi, aren't official
XEmacs pacages. Still, we can't forbid people to install all the nice
things they need to make their life easier :-)
Then again, it looks like bit of a mess, and deinstalling unnecessary
packages (completely shadowed) might be a good thing to do.
