And it's awkward inside of Packages to say the least. Because the
helper app gets built on my machine so anyone who doesn't share my
choices in OS, compiler, libraries etc can't use it.
No problem if the users builds the XEmacs package Eicq from source,
but the vast majority of users Don't do that.
