Your configure stuff worked. It's defined in config.h

This actually solved it but I now I am really confused. I put '#define
HAVE_TIFF 1' above '#include <config.h>' what does actually change?
Biazarre. This changes nothing as far as I can tell. What happens if you
undo your edit and just recompile? Needless to say it works fine for me.
Do the other image formats work?
