Latest beta does not compile

Thomas Mittelstaedt writes: Thanks for the report. There seems to be a typo in lib-src/Makefile.in.in. At l.379 the #ifndef should be #ifdef. I thought maybe there was some garbage in $blddir, so I did a make beta. I haven't gotten to the dump stage yet and since I don't have any elcs it will be a while. :-) But that change does get me past the compile of insert-data-in-exec.
