Works for me, but it would be nice if somebody with a month-old Cygwin installation would try it (I updated earlier today). Check for intptr_t being typedef'd in /usr/include/cygwin/types.h. If it's not, then Cygwin is "old enough." Run configure, and check for INTPTR_T_IN_CYGWIN_TYPES_H _not_ being defined in src/config.h.
