I stand corrected.
After taking a second look at toolbar, I see that the above assessment
was too harsh. At least the Open/Save/Cut/Copy/Paste/Undo entries
would be usable by the mouse-using population.
The thing is, there should be *easy* (easy is the keyword) ways to add
your own stuff to the toolbar. For example, "Compile" and "Debug"
buttons should be shown only in programming-language modes. Also,
there should be real support for captions.
