Norbert. He adds xemacs-packages/foo to the xemacs-packages/.hgsub,
hg updates, and commits.
First, somebody need to create a new repo on Bitbucket. If you can send
me a name, I'd be happy to do it. (And Stephen's right: Somebody then
needs to check it out in the packages tree, and add it to .hgsub.)
