GPLv3/L8R -- time to remove netinstaller?

IIRC he's positive on it, so there shouldn't be a problem there. But please don't do that way. There should be no code changes originating in the GPLv3 branch. Remove netinstall from the mainline, and merge that to the GPLv3 stuff ASAP.
