Yes, definitely it should, 'package-get-package-provider'
depends on
it. A while back I went through a whole bunch of packages updating
package-info.in, must have missed JDE.
You need to enlighten me on exactly what this file means. Although jde
includes a bunch of stuff it only really provides jde.
